The project is located in Najd region of Saudi Arabia, the concept was developed based on peculiarities of the local traditional architecture which gives the project to live harmoniously in the urban structure of the city. In design using local traditional shapes, forms, colors and materials we spotlight the soul and the atmosphere of reach culture of the region.

У дизайні, використовуються місцеві традиційні форми, кольори та матеріали, ми висвітлюємо душу та атмосферу розкішної культури регіону.
